The 50th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House has returned to Greenwich Village, continuing a legacy of interior design excellence while supporting the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. The historic 9,000-square-foot townhouse at 20 West 12th Street comes alive with visionary spaces from some of the world’s leading designers, blending bold creativity with timeless elegance.
Visitors can explore luxurious interiors, grand living areas, and intimate bedrooms, each reimagined with distinct aesthetics and thoughtful storytelling. Designers like Andrea Schumacher, Christopher Peacock, and Jamie Drake bring their signature touches, layering texture, color, and unexpected details that make each room a statement of modern artistry.

The Show House also celebrates the dialogue between history and contemporary design. Original architectural elements like soaring ceilings, fireplaces, and an Otis elevator are thoughtfully incorporated into each room’s design, creating a seamless interplay of past and present that invites visitors to see interiors as living, evolving works of art.
Open now through October 19, the Show House offers a rare opportunity to experience a curated blend of design innovation and history. Tickets start at $50, and proceeds benefit after-school and enrichment programs that empower New York City youth.
