Cartier has officially opened the doors to Into the Wild in Miami’s Design District—an immersive, transportive celebration of the Maison’s most iconic muse: the panther. First spotted (literally) in Cartier’s universe back in 1914 on a watch adorned with onyx and diamond markings, the panther became a symbol of elegance, independence, and quiet ferocity. It was Jeanne Toussaint—Louis Cartier’s visionary Creative Director appointed in 1933—who truly awakened the creature’s spirit and cemented it as a cornerstone of the House’s identity. Her influence still reverberates throughout the Panthère de Cartier universe today.

Into the Wild brings that legacy to life through a captivating journey across five distinct worlds, each more imaginative than the last. Archival creations from the Cartier Collection sit alongside modern masterpieces, cinematic storytelling, and a custom art installation created exclusively for the exhibition. The guided experience unfolds like a narrative—part history, part fantasy—as guests explore Toussaint’s impact and the evolution of the panther motif over more than a century.
It’s Cartier at its most enchanting: rich heritage, bold artistry, and the timeless allure of the Panthère brought to life in a way only the Maison can deliver.
