Racquet sports are having a major moment in luxury living, and West Palm Beach is the latest destination to embrace the trend. Related Ross has teamed up with Set Point Tennis to bring a private, residents-only racquet club to Edgeworth, its new waterfront condominium on South Flagler Drive.
Opening in 2029, the club will offer tennis, padel, and pickleball, alongside instruction, clinics, social play, junior programming, and performance training. Residents will also have access to a dedicated pro shop with racquet rentals, equipment demos, stringing, and grip customization.
The partnership brings a distinctly East Coast racquet sensibility to the Palm Beaches. Set Point Tennis, with locations in both East Hampton and West Palm Beach, previewed the concept in the Hamptons this August during the Johnny Mac Tennis Project Pro Am, introducing the vision to racquet enthusiasts and luxury real estate insiders.
The club will join Edgeworth’s larger wellness and lifestyle offering, housed within two 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. The development will feature 184 residences, with prices ranging from $5.5 million to $35.5 million.
With the Palm Beaches continuing to attract a new generation of luxury buyers, Edgeworth’s racquet club reflects the growing desire to make wellness, sport, and community part of the everyday residential experience.
