The ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has announced the recipients of its 2025 Humane Awards, honoring both human and animal heroes whose compassion and advocacy have made a profound impact on animal welfare. The honorees will be celebrated at the ASPCA Humane Awards Luncheon on October 9 at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.

This year’s recipients include two-time Super Bowl champion Logan Ryan, senior dog advocate and influencer Steve Greig, Arizona hometown hero Zayin Berry, therapy dogs Vivian Peyton and Ralphie, and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). Each has made significant contributions ranging from lifesaving rescues and public service to advancing awareness of animal cruelty and the importance of pet adoption.

“Each honoree has used their platform — whether through celebrity influence, community work, or acts of everyday bravery — to demonstrate strength and compassion in their communities…their efforts highlight the extraordinary impact of empathy and advocacy for animals in our society.”
-Matt Bershadker, ASPCA president and CEO
