Bridgehampton diners got a taste of the tropics when DUNE by Jean-Georges, the signature restaurant at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas, popped up at Topping Rose House on August 28 and 29. Guests enjoyed Bahamian specialties including conch salad, local lobster, fried plantains, bok choy, and roasted grouper, paired with tropical cocktails mixed by DUNE bartender Ansel Miller.
The lively evenings brought together DUNE Executive Chef Lester Dean, Viktoria Riley, Commercial Director for The Ocean Club, Dana Berry, Sr. Director of PR, and Keino Morris, DUNE General Manager, who mingled with guests and shared a taste of island hospitality.
The pop-up also highlighted the resort’s newest offering, The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas, giving Hamptons residents a glimpse of the luxury lifestyle that awaits just a flight away.
