Kith is stepping into the world of private membership clubs with the debut of Kith Ivy, a new destination in Manhattan that blends sport, wellness, dining, and design.
Located at 120 Leroy Street in the West Village, the multi-level space is designed to feel more like a private home than a traditional club. Members will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a full-size padelball court, a 1,500-square-foot gym outfitted with top-tier equipment, and a rooftop lounge. Annual membership fees are reported to be around $36,000.

The space also introduces a number of firsts. Erewhon, the cult-favorite Los Angeles grocery and café, makes its New York debut inside Kith Ivy with a tonic bar. Cafe Mogador, known for its Moroccan-Mediterranean menu, also anchors the dining program. Wellness offerings extend beyond fitness, with a Giorgio Armani–designed spa that includes massage rooms, facial treatments, IV drips, and other therapies.

Ronnie Fieg, Kith’s founder, describes the project as the brand’s most ambitious hospitality venture yet, combining retail, lifestyle, and culture under one roof. The club will also feature its own Kith Ivy apparel and accessory line, along with collaborative padel merchandise created with Wilson.

Membership applications are open now, with doors expected to officially open later this fall. For more sneak peaks of the project go to Kith.com and check kithivy.com coming soon.
