Palm Beach County’s dining scene continues to expand with a mix of polished openings, buzzy imports, and hotel-driven concepts worth booking early. From waterfront Mediterranean dining to highly anticipated neighborhood newcomers, these are the restaurants to have on your radar right now.

Tutto Mare at The Royal Poinciana Plaza
The newest concept from the Tutto il Giorno team, Tutto Mare brings Mediterranean flavors and relaxed luxury to a waterfront setting overlooking the Intracoastal. Expect seafood-forward menus, fresh pastas, and breezy indoor-outdoor dining that makes it an instant Palm Beach favorite.

Kyma
A refined Greek and Mediterranean restaurant in West Palm Beach, Kyma focuses on fresh seafood, shareable mezze, and vibrant coastal flavors in a lively, stylish setting.

The Polo Room Palm Beach
An elegant new dinner destination offering classic continental cuisine with Argentinian influences. Prime steaks, seafood towers, and a strong wine and cocktail program make this a go-to for date nights and special occasions.

Pastis (Opening Soon – NORA District)
The iconic New York French brasserie is set to open in West Palm Beach’s emerging NORA District, bringing timeless bistro classics and Parisian café energy to the area.

PopUp Bagels (Opening Soon – CityPlace)
The cult-favorite bagel brand is headed to CityPlace, promising New York–style bagels with a loyal following and plenty of buzz ahead of opening.

The Vineta Hotel Dining Concepts (Opening Soon)
The reopening of the historic Vineta Hotel will introduce multiple new food and beverage destinations, including The Pool House for relaxed poolside dining, Coco’s for Mediterranean-inspired fare, and The Vineta Bar, an intimate cocktail spot designed for pre- and post-dinner drinks.
