Summer is almost here… New Yorkers are fleeing the city and heading out East. With that, the city is also bringing out some of their hottest spots and classic outposts. From coveted dining destinations to chic new shopping, here’s everything that’s headed to The Hamptons this summer.

Chelsea Living Room at Gurney’s Montauk

This summer, Chelsea Living Room heads out East for its first-ever residency beyond Manhattan, taking over Gurney’s Montauk beginning Memorial Day Weekend. Set inside the resort’s iconic Dune Lounge, the concept brings its signature martini culture, elevated bar bites, and music-led nightlife programming to the beachfront. Guests can expect indulgent offerings like Crispy Cheese & Caviar, Lobster & Caviar Toast, and tableside caviar service alongside expertly crafted martinis and late-night DJ sets. The entire experience channels Montauk after dark—refined, social, and effortlessly cool.

Crazy Pizza — East Hampton

After making its Hamptons debut last summer, Crazy Pizza returns to East Hampton just in time for Memorial Day Weekend. Known for its ultra-thin crust pizzas, theatrical hand-tossing, and vibrant atmosphere, the Italian hotspot is bringing back its signature menu crafted with ingredients imported directly from Italy. This season’s return also includes a sweet collaboration with cult NYC favorite Two Cookies, popping up for a special holiday weekend partnership that’s guaranteed to draw crowds.

Vivrelle x Kith Women — Bridgehampton

Luxury accessories membership club Vivrelle is partnering with Kith Women this summer for a highly-anticipated Bridgehampton pop-up opening Memorial Day Weekend. The fashion-forward space will combine Kith Women’s Summer 2026 collection with a curated edit of designer handbags and accessories available to borrow or purchase through Vivrelle’s shared closet model. Guests can browse coveted styles from Prada, Loewe, Christian Dior, and more while also learning about Vivrelle’s newest membership tier focused on Hermès bags and rare fine jewelry. Throughout the season, the pop-up will also host exclusive wellness events, collaborations, and member activations.

Maison Close Southampton

Maison Close is officially expanding to Southampton this summer with a must-see new outpost opening at Capri Southampton in mid-June. Known downtown for its seductive supper club atmosphere and fashion-forward crowd, the concept brings its signature mix of elevated dining, immersive entertainment, and nightlife energy to the East End for the first time. The opening marks a major Hamptons expansion for 3rd Space Hospitality as Southampton’s social scene gears up for the summer season.

Barlume Beach — Montauk

LDV Hospitality is bringing a new European-inspired escape to Montauk this summer with the debut of Barlume Beach. Inspired by its Flatiron concept Barlume, the new hotel and beach club embraces Mediterranean-style living with 19 guest rooms, marina access, indoor-outdoor dining spaces, and sweeping harbor views. Designed as a destination centered around wellness, connection, and long summer nights, Barlume Beach further solidifies LDV’s growing Hamptons presence following the success of Scarpetta at Gurney’s and The Maidstone reopening in East Hampton.

Moby’s x The Tusk Bar — East Hampton

Returning for its second summer residency at Moby’s, The Tusk Bar is once again bringing a taste of Manhattan nightlife to East Hampton. Launching Memorial Day Weekend, the collaboration pairs Moby’s beloved coastal atmosphere with The Tusk Bar’s signature cocktails, oyster station, and convivial energy. Expect vibrant summer drinks, martinis at golden hour, and a crowd that effortlessly moves from dinner into late-night conversation under the East End sky.

American Cut x Lobster Roll

LDV Hospitality is also reviving its beloved summer partnership between American Cut Tribeca and the iconic Lobster Roll, better known as “LUNCH,” through Labor Day Weekend. This year’s collaboration adds Whispering Angel rosé into the mix in celebration of the wine’s 20th anniversary, creating the ultimate Hamptons-inspired happy hour moment. Served daily from 5–7 PM, the “Hamptons Meal” pairs classic summer flavors with the return of the restaurant’s signature full-size lobster roll.

Sage & Madison — Sag Harbor

Already known as one of the Hamptons’ chicest lifestyle destinations, Sage & Madison continues its reign this summer with an exciting lineup of designer pop-ups and expanded homeware offerings. The Sag Harbor boutique, founded by curator Chris Coffee, has become a favorite among fashion insiders and A-list clientele alike, blending elevated gifting, luxury fashion, and café culture all under one beautifully restored barn roof. This season’s activations include collaborations with Kulson, ALC, and The Falls, alongside curated gourmet pantry items, artisan teas, linens, and branded essentials perfect for Hamptons hosting season.

Talya — Montauk

Returning to Montauk for the summer season, Talya is bringing back its signature “vibe dining” atmosphere just in time for Memorial Day Weekend. Created by 3rd Space Hospitality, the team behind Maison Close, Ayah, and Petite, the hotspot seamlessly blends elevated Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a high-energy social scene that effortlessly transitions from dinner into late-night cocktails. Expect stylish crowds, immersive dining, and one of the season’s buzziest reservations out East.

Sparkling Pointe — North Fork

Ending the season’s roundup on a sparkling note, Sparkling Pointe is kicking off summer with the launch of its new Fizz & Fry Series, pairing its acclaimed Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines with elevated fried favorites from Balo’s Food. Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, guests can sip sparkling rosé and blanc de blancs while enjoying dishes like popcorn chicken, fried shrimp baskets, and corn fritters from the winery’s scenic vineyard terrace. The seasonal experience brings a playful yet elevated energy to one of the North Fork’s most beloved tasting destinations.

Madewell — Sag Harbor

Madewell officially opens its newest women’s store in Sag Harbor on May 20, bringing its effortless coastal aesthetic to a beautifully designed space at 102 Main Street. Inspired by a modern artist’s studio, the 2,600-square-foot boutique blends gallery, workshop, and retail elements for a shopping experience rooted in craft and creative simplicity. Alongside the brand’s signature denim, shoppers can expect breezy linens, easy summer dresses, woven accessories, and warm-weather staples curated perfectly for the East End lifestyle. The opening also marks a deeper investment in the Sag Harbor community, with local partnerships and in-store activations planned throughout the season.
