Citarella and the East End Fund for Children marked six years of partnership with the launch of their 2026 summer fundraising campaign at Citarella’s newly opened Westhampton Beach location. The annual initiative supports a network of local organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children and families across the East End.
The kickoff celebration brought together community leaders, local officials, EEFC representatives, and families for an afternoon of creativity and connection. Children decorated oyster shells and contributed to a commemorative garden that will remain on display year-round, while guests welcomed East End Hospice’s Camp Good Grief as the Fund’s newest partner organization.
Running through Labor Day weekend, the campaign encourages shoppers at all four Hamptons Citarella locations to make donations at checkout, directly benefiting organizations including the Children’s Museum of the East End, Project MOST, The Retreat, i-tri, Southampton Youth Association, and more.
“As we celebrate six years of this partnership, we’re proud to continue supporting the incredible work these organizations do for local children and families,” said Citarella owner Joe Gurrera. With the addition of its new Westhampton market and an expanded community reach, this year’s campaign is poised to make an even greater impact across the East End.
