Spotlight Magazine Founder & Editor-in-Chief Sydney Sadick joined authors, readers, and Hamptons community members for the East Hampton Library’s 22nd Annual Authors Night, an evening celebrating books, storytelling, and community while raising funds to support the library. Held beneath the event’s signature tent at Herrick Park, the annual gathering brought together nearly 100 acclaimed authors, including Beth Stern and Alec Baldwin, giving guests the opportunity to meet writers, discover new books, and have copies signed.

Sadick was on hand to sell copies of her book, Aim High: How to Style Your Life & Achieve Your Goals, sharing the inspiring guide that blends personal stories, style advice, and practical insight on building a life with confidence and intention.

The evening felt especially meaningful for Sadick this year, as 2026 marks five years since the publication of Aim High and five years of Spotlight Magazine. To celebrate both milestones, copies of Spotlight were also available for guests to take home, bringing the magazine’s community into an evening centered around books, ideas, and the power of women’s stories.

With all proceeds from Authors Night benefiting the East Hampton Library, the evening was ultimately about more than books, it was a celebration of the library’s role in bringing people together and fostering a lifelong love of reading and learning.
