Among those in attendance were Molly Sims, Jennifer Fisher, Rebecca Minkoff, Kate Love, Sophie Elgort, Elizabeth Kurpis, Talia Parkinson Jones, Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton, Michelle Grant, Sabrina Rudin, and Kelly Turlington Burns.

The morning began in the property’s serene meditation hall with a mat Pilates class led by Matt, founder of ETHĒA, the acclaimed Tribeca studio known for its precision-driven approach to movement. Designed to build resilience rather than burnout, the session set the tone for a restorative morning focused on intentional self-care.

Guests then gathered on the solarium deck, where Shou Sugi Ban House Executive Chef Patrick O’Grady served signature breakfast bites alongside Nekohama matcha and coffee. Throughout the experience, attendees enjoyed a curated selection of wellness activations, including microplastic-free hydration from WaterOuai!, clean fragrance and body care offerings from Each & Every, and a summer hair masking bar hosted by Emmy-nominated hair designer Sarah Hindsgaul, known for her work on Stranger Things.

Murphy personally curated every element of the event, from the brand partners to the gift bags waiting on each Pilates mat, each filled with her favorite summer wellness essentials.

“Connecting a community of like-minded women who want to take a moment of self-care,” Murphy shared during her opening remarks, underscoring the intention behind the gathering.

The next wellness morning is scheduled for August 1 at Shou Sugi Ban House, with new programming and brand partners to be announced.

Through its premium membership, by dria offers curated wellness recommendations, exclusive experiences, and trusted lifestyle discoveries designed to help members invest in what truly enhances their everyday lives.
