On September 10, ELOQUII brought plus-size fashion to the forefront with its first-ever runway show at New York Fashion Week in Downtown Manhattan. The event marked a milestone moment for the brand, showcasing bold, size-inclusive style on one of fashion’s most influential stages.

The collection drew inspiration from the theme of possibility, expressed through fluid movement, sharp tailoring, and rich textures. Looks ranged from understated essentials to unapologetically statement-making pieces, each designed to honor the individuality and presence of women sizes 14 and up. The show positioned plus-size women as the main event, celebrating confidence, power, and style.
“As a woman Creative Director who also happens to be plus size, a perspective still far too rare in today’s industry, I design with my community at the heart of everything I do…representation is not just important, it is essential, and it is deeply meaningful to create pieces that reflect our style, our needs, and our voices in fashion.”
– Yesenia Torres, Creative Director.

The runway featured collaborations with leading beauty and fashion partners including Aveda Hair led by Jon Reyman, MAC Cosmetics with Kyle Anderson, Glamnetic Nails, and Naturalizer Shoes. Guests also received parting gifts in partnership with Farmgirl Flowers, rounding out the experience. With over 75 new designs each month across categories from bridal to swimwear, ELOQUII has established itself as a leader in both fit and innovation. Its NYFW debut further solidified its place as a pioneer of inclusive fashion, proving that style and craftsmanship in extended sizes deserve a highlight.
