The collection titled “This Is Me Now” is inspired by JLO’s impending album This Is Me…Now which is set to release in 2024. The album will be about Lopez’s self-empowerment and the transformative journey it took to get there.
Mimicking the meaning of the album, JLO’s collection with Intimissimi embraces self-love and acceptance; it is a celebration of womanhood.
“Lingerie is deeply intimate—it’s an embrace that empowers you to feel free and beautiful,” says Lopez regarding her collaboration with Intimissimi.
The “This Is Me Now” collection features strong, sensual colors such as black, forest green, and ivory which speak to both Jennifer Lopez’s resilience and femininity.
Crafted with silk and delicate lace fabrics, the lingerie collection features bras, underwear, garter belts, robes, pajama sets, and more. Many of the garments are embellished with shimmery stones, adding a touch of that signature JLO glamour to the collection.
“It’s delicate, it’s soft yet reveals the confidence in yourself,” reveals Lopez.
Jennifer Lopez worked alongside the Intimissimi team to create a collection that is designed to last so the customer can feel their best for years to come.
“We worked together to bring my vision of femininity to life and enhanced it with the finest fabrics and the most delicate embroideries,” says Lopez.
A few of the pieces even feature a gold hummingbird detail which is very personal to Lopez and her self-evolution journey. Hummingbirds represent strength, beauty, and luck, creating a seamless parallel to the meaning of “This Is Me Now.”
