Happening in the Hamptons Real Estate Podcast
Uber successful real-estate firm Saunders & Associates has a weekly podcast that covers all things Hamptons. You don’t have to look any further for what to do and be “in the know” about local events. We know, there are a lot to keep up with! Of course, because their expertise is the real estate market, each week they delve into all the latest market trends and discussions on the weekly transactions. Steve Glick, David Rattiner, and Andrew Doud host, and they are immersed in the East End scene and have lots of info to share. In addition, they have special guests joining them. Although Spotlight has featured Rachel Zoe’s new podcast in the recent past, it’s only fitting as our July cover star to tout it once again. Each week, Zoe has powerful female guests who have accomplished much and share their personal antidotes. As a host, she has an inquisitive nature and great rapport with her guests. Another podcast we covered last summer has only become more addictive. As an aside, Bethenny Frankel’s TikTok beauty reviews have gone viral and are not to be missed. Her podcast continues to be a combination of her rants or interviews with unexpected guests. Her revelations about her daily life and beyond are delivered with urgency and wisdom. Don’t let the “hot mess” description of herself fool you. She knows what’s she’s doing, and is burning the candle at every end. Eventually that candle explodes (we get it!). A crazy divorce, parenting in today’s world, and even her perspective on pop culture events is enlightening and funny.
