Famed bagel joint PopUp Bagels started going viral on social media once its first New York City location opened up, and now it’s headed to sunny Palm Beach.
Founders Adam Goldberg and Jeff Lewis started selling their fresh bagels out of Goldberg’s home in Westport, Connecticut during the COVID-19 pandemic.
PopUp Bagels is known for its fresh, hot-to-go bagels and unique schmears. The concept is to rip and dip; you tear open the warm, toasty exterior to reveal a fluffy interior and dip it in your schmear of choice.
The bagel shop releases different schmears for limited times, but their scallion cream cheese and plain cream cheese are always on the menu. PopUp Bagels have done it all from Cheez-It cream cheese to cacio e pepe butter.
It has quickly become a hot spot up North with eleven locations between New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Now, PopUp Bagels is taking up a permanent residence at CityPlace in West Palm Beach. The breakfast eatery will open this upcoming summer.
This new location is perfect for those constantly bouncing between NYC and Palm Beach!
