On March 3rd, 2025, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research held its fourth “It Will Take All of Us to Cure Parkinson’s” luncheon in Palm Beach, Florida.
The luncheon event took place at the Beach Club of Florida. MJFF Co-Founder and CEO Deborah W. Brooks kicked off the luncheon with welcoming remarks and words from a letter of gratitude Fox himself shared with the foundation.
“While we don’t celebrate anniversaries, 25 years is an important milestone. Many in this
room have been with us since our earliest days,” Fox stated. I hope you can appreciate the immense power of your generosity to transform the field. Today, the stakes are high, and the momentum is great. We know we
can count on all of you to help us seize the moment.”

Luncheon co-chairs Bonnie Strauss and Marlene Silver also spoke during the luncheon, pushing MJFF’s mission to support families affected by Parkinson’s Disease.
60 Mintues Correspondant and avid-supporter of the foundation, Lesley Stahl, was the guest speaker at the luncheon and even answered questions from a panel of MJFF representatives.
The luncheon’s 250 attendees raised $975,000 and counting to support MJFF’s mission to accelerate a cure for Parkinson’s Disease and support those impacted by it.
