Brittny Button has quickly emerged as a visionary voice in the world of design. Known first as a model and muse, she is now the force behind Button Interiors and Button Atelier, her Los Angeles–based design studio and furniture brand launched in 2020. Her aesthetic is all about crafting calm spaces while still preserving the soul of the place, a philosophy that has made her one of Hollywood’s most sought-after interior designers.

Her portfolio has been featured in Homes & Gardens, Robb Report, Architectural Digest, and Casa Vogue, with highlights including a Palm Springs estate that reimagines 1930s Spanish architecture. Button’s signature is the revival of timeless design codes, arched doorways, wrought iron details, and vintage furniture that bring a sense of romance and European flair into modern living. With a passion for giving old pieces a “Second Life,” her bespoke antique furniture line continues that ethos, reupholstering and reimagining classics for a new generation.

Beyond interiors, Brittny’s love of vintage began as a teenager collecting clothing and furniture, developing her instinct for uncovering overlooked beauty. Today, that collector’s eye fuels both her interiors and her furniture designs, blending Old Hollywood glam with Adobe simplicity in a way that feels both elevated and livable.

When she’s not designing, Brittny is a hands-on mother to Hendrix, 4, and Lenny, 2, and travels frequently with her husband, Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button, to races and global events. This season, she is heading to Paris Fashion Week, where her style sensibility and design inspirations converge.

Spotlight’s Q&A with Brittny Button

What are you most excited to see or experience at Paris Fashion Week this season?
Besides the shows themselves, it’s always the street style! How attendees and lovers of fashion personalize their looks is intriguing. By people watching there’s a real lesson in dressing I’m fascinated to observe. It’s the subtleties of how the looks are compiled that fascinate me.

What inspires your approach to interiors, and how would you describe the Button Atelier Interiors signature style?
It’s about crafting calm and creating interiors that are both accessible and luxurious at the same time. You’ll see an extension of this in my Button Atelier furniture collection that is launching this fall! The pieces are reflective of this coy duality between being elevated aesthetic wise yet not unlivable.

As a mom of two young children and wife to Jenson, how do you find balance between family life and your fast-paced career in design and fashion?
Let’s be honest, there isn’t a balance! I’m human and becoming fatigued happens frequently. I try to find a kind of equilibrium with it all, knowing that some days work will pull more of the focus, the kids will or Jenson. My top priority is the children and I work hard to carve out uninterrupted time with both of them.

Do the trends you see during Fashion Week ever influence the way you approach your own design projects?
Always! There’s a tremendous crossover from fashion into interior design, not just on the color front also with the pattern play and the overall moods that the collections evoke. There’s a collapsing around style that speaks to the clothes you wear and the interiors you live in.
