Hosted at the Southampton hotspot, the celebration marked the debut of the limited-time Meredith Marks Caviar x Maison Close Southampton menu item, the Croissant Homard Du Maine—a buttery croissant layered with Maine lobster meat, homemade mayonnaise, and topped with Meredith Marks Caviar. Available exclusively during brunch service from July 18 through July 19, the indulgent offering brings together elevated French flavors with one of summer’s most luxurious ingredients.
Guests enjoyed a curated brunch featuring several of Maison Close Southampton’s signature dishes enhanced with Meredith Marks Caviar, including the restaurant’s lobster roll, scrambled eggs, and truffle linguine.
