Meredith Marks Caviar celebrated its exclusive collaboration with Maison Close Southampton on Sunday with an intimate seated brunch ahead of National Caviar Day on July 18.
Hosted at the Southampton hotspot, the celebration marked the debut of the limited-time Meredith Marks Caviar x Maison Close Southampton menu item, the Croissant Homard Du Maine—a buttery croissant layered with Maine lobster meat, homemade mayonnaise, and topped with Meredith Marks Caviar. Available exclusively during brunch service from July 18 through July 19, the indulgent offering brings together elevated French flavors with one of summer’s most luxurious ingredients.

Guests enjoyed a curated brunch featuring several of Maison Close Southampton’s signature dishes enhanced with Meredith Marks Caviar, including the restaurant’s lobster roll, scrambled eggs, and truffle linguine. The intimate gathering celebrated the launch of the collaboration while embracing the spirit of luxury dining and effortless Hamptons entertaining.

Meredith Marks attended alongside her husband, Seth Marks, and daughter, Chloe Marks.
