Rubirosa—famed NYC Italian restaurant located in the heart of Little Italy—is setting up shop Out East this summer with its first-ever pop-up location in East Hampton.
The East Hampton pop-up, called Camp Rubirosa, will be offering its signature dishes including its world-famous thin-crust Tie-Dye Pizza, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood.
“If a timeless summer camp built an outpost above Lake Como, and had a big Italian family running the kitchen, this would be it,” said Maria Pappalardo, owner of Rubirosa. “We’ve always been about bringing people together over incredible food in a wonderful atmosphere, and this summer, we’re taking that to a whole new level by setting up camp in East Hampton.”

Camp Rubirosa aims to create a nostalgic feeling due to its comforting Italian menu and the coastal charm of East Hampton.
To add to the camp-like feel of the space, the restaurant’s Caio Hall walls will be adorned with vintage water-skis—which hang over the fireplace—and wooden tennis racquets. The tables all have a rustic look and feature lanterns atop each one.
All reservations will be taken exclusively through Resy. This charming pop-up will run from Memorial Day through September—so you better start booking now!
