Luxury resort Rosewood Mayakoba returned to Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton this July for an exclusive weekend-long event at the hotel’s idyllic gardens.
The Rosewood Mayakoba pop-up was held from July 12th to July 13th. Rosewood Mayakoba brought its Mexican Caribbean flair to Bridgehampton through a colorful, multi-course menu and cocktail selection.
Rosewood Mayakoba was honored as the Best Hotel in Mexico by US News & World Report this year, giving Hamptonites a sneak peak into its luxe paradise.
The menu, curated by Chef Edgar Chavez, featured TJ Shrimp Tacos, Sweet & Spicy Ceviche, Fried Fish with Corn Ribs, Rib Eye Tagliata, and a Rice Pudding Brulee.
There was a DJ playing Latin hits while the guests sipped on Yucatan-inspired craft cocktails from the renowned Zapote Bar. The main spirits on the cocktail menu included tequila, vermouth, rum, and non-alcoholic gin.
Guests were able to choose between a two-course lunch reservation and four-course dinner reservation during this weekend-long event.
A portion of the proceeds from the Rosewood Mayakoba x Topping Rose House pop-up were donated to Centro Educativo K’iin Beh, which is Rosewood Mayakoba’s nonprofit school in Playa del Carmen.
Guests of Topping Rose House were transported from Bridgehampton to Rosewood Mayakoba’s lush paradise on the Rivera Maya.
