Name: Anastasia Ganias
Hometown: Southampton
Occupation: Actress and founder of Fancy Peasant, a clean Greek longevity pantry line
When I was growing up, I wanted to be: An actress and a mom.
My happy place is: Sandwiched between my boys or on the water on my boat.
The idea for Fancy Peasant first came to me when: My dad passed away. I found myself cooking recipes from his village in Greece and sharing them on Instagram. Followers kept asking about the Greek olive oil. Grief-stricken, I went on my own Eat, Pray, Love journey to Greece to find the real thing. The rest is history.
The best lesson I was ever taught was: What’s meant for you can never miss you.

The dish that reminds me most of childhood is: Spanakopita.

My biggest pinch-me moment as a founder has been: Seeing Fancy Peasant at Erewhon. I used to sit outside the store as a young actress memorizing my lines—and now our products are there. That one felt full circle.
My guilty pleasure is: A dirty martini.

My favorite place in Greece is: The islands—all of them!
My dinner-party nonnegotiable is: A solid playlist.

The celeb or musical artist who inspires me: Beyoncé, for her ability to reinvent herself and for her authenticity.
My children always ask me to make: Breakfast smash burgers and spanakopita.
The best thing to drizzle olive oil on is: Everything. End of story.
I would like to be remembered as: Someone who left this world a little better than she found it.
