We’re still coming down from another steamy, viral-worthy summer in the Hamptons. The world was given a glimpse into all the hottest parties, restaurants, clubs, and more on the East End this summer. This is all thanks to one social media platform: TikTok.
Currently, the hashtag #hamptons has 1.1 Billion views on TikTok. Everything is under that hashtag, from restaurant reviews to shopping hauls and Cooper’s Beach views.
Let’s take a look at the people and places that went viral in the Hamptons this summer!
1. Surf Lodge, Montauk
If you went to the Surf Lodge in Montauk this summer, you probably saw a ton of influencers—including a few on this list. The Surf Lodge was arguably the hottest bar to be at this summer. There were a ton of concerts each weekend that brought in faces such as Eli Rallo, Alix Earle, Braxton Berrios, and more. It’s safe to say that Surf Lodge went viral this summer.
2. Canoe Place, Hampton Bays
The historic Canoe Place in Hampton Bays reopened this year and went absolutely viral. This boutique inn was deemed the perfect weekend getaway by many creators on TikTok. Not only did creators show off their hotel rooms, but the dining experience as well. Canoe Place’s Mediterranean dishes and tavern bar made a splash on TikTok this summer.
3. Remi Bader
NYC-based TikToker Remi Bader spent most of her summer at her family’s Hamptons home. Bader is an advocate for body positivity and inclusivity in the fashion industry, earning her a loyal following on TikTok. She posted many videos chilling poolside at her home, getting ready for dinner with her girls in Montauk, and spending date nights with her boyfriend all over the Hamptons.
4. Wishbone Kitchen
Everyone’s favorite private chef was back in the Hamptons this summer. Meredith Hayden (@wishbonekitchen on TikTok) showed off all the incredible meals she made for her client as a private chef this summer. Hayden went to local farmers markets, the beach, and Pop Up Bagels in East Hampton, obviously.
5. Cooper’s Beach
Not only is Cooper’s Beach one of the top 10 beaches in America, but it also went viral on TikTok this summer. Located in Southampton, Cooper’s Beach is home to miles of white sand, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean. Many creators showed off everything from their morning walks to tanning in the afternoon and date night picnics on Cooper’s Beach.
6. Alix Earle
Miami-based influencer and ‘It’ girl Alix Earle spent a ton of time in the Hamptons this summer. She was spotted with her girls—and NFL man—at all the hottest places such as the Surf Lodge, Palm Tree Festival, and Bounce. Earle even spent some time with her family on the East End this summer.
7. TT’s, Montauk
TT’s, a Mexican-style restaurant in Montauk, went absolutely viral this summer. The restaurant’s pink decor and iconic neon sign were all over TikTok. Influencers and Hamptonites spent all summer sipping on cocktails and devouring tacos at TT’s.
8. Xandra Pohl
Xanda Pohl, Miami-based influencer and DJ took the Hamptons by storm this summer. She spent the majority of her summer at her boyfriend’s family home. Pohl DJ’d everywhere this summer, including Surf Lodge and Palm Tree Festival. When she wasn’t playing gigs she was shopping, tanning by the pool, and spending time with her dog Montauk.
9. Round Swamp Farm Market
Known as the Erewhon of the Hamptons, Round Swamp Farm Market made a splash on TikTok this summer. This market carries locally grown produce but went viral for their to-go meals. Many creators filmed themselves taste-testing their meals from Round Swamp, grocery shopping, and cooking with their new produce. Round Swamp Farm Market has locations in East Hampton, Bridgehampton, and Montauk.
10. Bounce Beach, Montauk
Last, but certainly not least is Bounce Beach in Montauk. Bounce Beach is one of the hottest clubs in the Hamptons and most definitely went viral this summer. TikTok was filled with videos of the club’s cocktails, disco balls, and blinding pink lights. Many influencers, celebrities, and Hamptonites spent their weekends at Bounce Beach in Montauk this past summer.
