Luxury resort Nemacolin is ushering in a new chapter for its acclaimed Forbes Five-Star restaurant, Lautrec, unveiling a reimagined fine dining experience that effortlessly blends timeless French influence with contemporary American cuisine delivering an elevated sense of indulgence.

Now led by Executive Chef Eduardo Galarza, the refreshed culinary destination introduces elevated à la carte offerings alongside thoughtfully curated five- and seven-course tasting menus, each designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and impeccable craftsmanship. An award-winning wine program complements the experience, featuring pairings from an extensive global collection.
The restaurant’s transformation goes beyond the menu, bringing a sense of theater back to fine dining through immersive tableside experiences. Guests can indulge in a luxurious Petrossian Caviar Cart featuring some of the world’s most coveted caviars, enjoy expertly prepared tuna and wagyu beef tartares from the signature Tartare Cart, or toast the evening with pours from a roaming Champagne Cart.

“Every detail has been thoughtfully reimagined, from the menu and service style to the atmosphere itself, creating an experience that feels both timeless and delightfully unexpected,” said Maggie Hardy, owner and CEO of Nemacolin.
Inside, Lautrec remains as captivating as ever, with its rich crimson interiors inspired by the romance of France and six original lithographs by legendary French artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec serving as the restaurant’s defining centerpiece.

The debut of the new Lautrec further cements Nemacolin’s reputation as one of the country’s premier culinary destinations. Home to 18 distinctive restaurants and bars, the Pennsylvania resort continues to pair exceptional dining with luxury accommodations, award-winning wellness experiences, championship golf, outdoor adventure, and year-round programming, offering guests an unforgettable escape in the heart of the Laurel Highlands.
