On December 5th, 2024, the owner of The Colony Hotel, Sarah Wetenhall, hosted a cocktail event with the founder of luxury home decor brand, Aerin, Aerin Lauder.
During the cocktail party, Wetenhall and Lauder celebrated the debut of The Colony Edit, the hotel’s curated and exclusive retail destination.
The Colony Edit is now open daily from 10 am to 7 pm for guests to shop limited edition items straight from the pink paradise.
The cocktail reception also served as a ceremonial lighting of the Colony Hotel’s iconic Christmas tree.
The event took place inside the Colony Hotel’s famous Living Room. Aerin added her own festive flair to the space, transforming it into the ultimate holiday paradise while preserving the hotel’s historical nature.
Renowned floral designer Lewis Miller added his floral artistry to the Living Room, amplifying the Christmas cheer created by Lauder’s decor.
Notable attendees at the cocktail reception include Marissa Montgomery, Sarah Bray-West, Julia Amory, Nick Mele, Roosmarjin de Kok, and Danielle Rollins.
