This winter, Wölffer Estate is introducing some exciting new activations and collaborations including a new tasting menu and Ladies Night’s!

Taste of the Season Menu
Every Wednesday through Sunday from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m., Wölffer Estate will be offering a new “Taste of the Season” menu. This four-course wine-tasting experience features small plates including a harvest burrata, duck carnitas, fig tart, pink radishes, and toast.
The carefully curated menu of Wölffer’s renowned wines and light bites allows the taster to descend into a winter wonderland. Tickets for this exclusive tasting menu cost $95/per person with an added 20% gratuity.
Ladies Night at Wölffer Estate
Thursday evenings are for the ladies at Wölffer Estate. Every Thursday from 5:00-7:00 p.m., girls can sip on iconic Wölffer wines such as Summer in a Bottle White, Summer in a Bottle Long Island Rosé, Summer in a Bottle Cotes de Provence Rosé, and Finca Wölffer Malbec for just $10 a glass.
Wölffer Estate will also be offering a “Pink Lady” cocktail on Thursday night’s which is a mix of raspberry, gin, lemon, and mint, for $12. If you and your girls want to pair your wines with some light bites, you can order an Italian flatbread, a cheese and meat board, or a baguette with olives, all priced at $15.
Candlelight Fridays
Candlelight Fridays are a Wölffer Estate classic and are hear to stay this winter! On Friday evenings, starting at 4:30 p.m., guests can listen to live tunes from local musicians in Wölffer Estate’s homey tasting room while perusings the vineyards winter menu.
The menu will feature new wine and cider releases, speciality cocktails, and seasonal bites. During the month of March, Wölffer’s line-up of musicians include Paris Ray, Rob Europe, Jeff Leblanc, Tom Wardle, and Annie Trezza.
Great Jones x Wölffer Estate Barrel Finished Bourbon
Wölffer Estate is introducing an exciting new collaboration with Great Jones Distilling Co. this winter. Great Jones Distilling Co. is the first whiskey distillery in Manhattan since the Prohibition Era. Wölffer Estate and Great Jones, the ultimate New York combo, collaborated to create an exclusive barrel finished bourbon.
Head Distiller, Celina Perez, and Winemaker, Roman Roth, true masteres of their craft, created this limited edition bourban that celebrates both brands. This limited edition release was launched on February 15th.
